Apart from being the driving force behind the event, Fenil is also an author, committed to bringing impactful ideas to life. He is dedicated to creating a platform for young minds to share and celebrate their innovative ideas. Fenil is also a TED Translator.

Mrs. Bindu Raphael | Co- Organizer

Mrs. Bindu Raphael is the Co-organizer of TEDxThaltej Youth and a passionate educator with over two decades of teaching experience. Known for her dedication to nurturing young minds, she has empowered countless students with her innovative teaching methods and compassionate guidance.

Beyond her work in education, Mrs. Raphael is an avid reader and lifelong learner, constantly seeking new knowledge and perspectives. As Co-organizer, she is committed to creating a platform for young thinkers to share their ideas, spark change, and inspire the community.

Ms. Archana Damani |
Program Director

Archana Damani is a seasoned education leader and administrator with over a decade of experience in academic leadership, school management, and curriculum development. As the Program Director at TEDxThaltej Youth, she plays a pivotal role in overseeing all departments, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of the event.

With an extensive background in school administration, faculty training, and institutional growth, Archana has successfully led multiple educational institutions, implementing innovative learning strategies and fostering holistic development. Her expertise lies in strategic planning, operational leadership, and creating impactful educational experiences.

Mr. Kirtan Patel | Program Director

Kirtan Patel is a Program Director at TEDxThaltej Youth and a dedicated CBSE student with a passion for learning and embracing new experiences. Enthusiastic about personal growth, Kirtan is committed to supporting and inspiring young minds, while continuously developing new skills along his journey.

Darshini Patel

Head of Communication & TEDxYouth Reporter

Darshini Patel is the voice behind the conversations at TEDxThaltej Youth. As the Head of Communications, she oversees and manages all outgoing and incoming correspondence, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and warmth in every message. Whether it's responding to speaker queries or coordinating with external partners, Darshini is the mind behind the communication you receive.

She also represents TEDxThaltej Youth as one of the three official TEDxYouth Reporters, capturing key moments and crafting narratives that reflect the heart of the event. Her precision, dedication, and calm leadership make her an integral part of the team’s backbone.

Pranjal Koisa

Head of Social Media & TEDxYouth Reporter

Pranjal Koisa is an IBDP student and a driving force behind the online presence of TEDxThaltej Youth. As a key member of the Social Media Team, she is the creative mind behind most of the posts you see on our platforms. With an eye for aesthetics and a strong sense of storytelling, Pranjal ensures that the spirit of TEDxThaltej Youth reaches audiences far and wide.

She also serves as one of the three official TEDxYouth Reporters, capturing and conveying the behind-the-scenes energy and essence of the event. With her passion for communication and dedication to excellence, Pranjal plays a vital role in shaping the digital voice of our initiative.

Vinchy Makwana

Director of Production &
TEDxYouth Reporter

Ms. Vinchy Makwana serves as the Director of Production at TEDxThaltej Youth and is one of the three official TEDxYouth Reporters. With her creative vision and eye for detail, she oversees the entire flow of production for the event. From the opening to the final applause, everything you witness on event day is curated under her direction.

Working closely with the Operations Team, Vinchy ensures every element—visuals, sound, transitions, performances, and speaker sequences—comes together seamlessly. Her leadership guarantees that the TEDxThaltej Youth experience is not only organized, but unforgettable.

Nakshatra Charan

Communication and Marketing

Nakshatr Charan is a dynamic member of both the Social Media and Communications Teams at TEDxThaltej Youth. From designing eye-catching posts to assisting with public correspondence, Nakshatr plays a key role in shaping how TEDxThaltej Youth connects with its audience. Some of the posts you’ve seen may have been created by him—bringing creativity and clarity to every message we share.

Kamya Shah

Advisor to The Organizer

Ms. Kamya Shah serves as a core member of the Advisory Board to the Organizer at TEDxThaltej Youth, ensuring that the vision of the Organizer aligns seamlessly with the ethos of TEDx. Her guidance spans across all divisions, providing strategic direction and maintaining coherence in execution. As the Cultural Programme Commissioner (CPC), she also curates and oversees all mid-stage performances, ensuring they reflect the theme and spirit of the event. Her leadership plays a key role in balancing inspiration with impact on the TEDxThaltej Youth stage.

Stephen Philip

Director of Operations

Stephen Philip is the operational anchor of TEDxThaltej Youth. As the Director of Operations, he leads the entire operations division—ensuring everything behind the scenes runs with precision and purpose. From managing speaker applications and technical logistics to coordinating execution teams, Stephen’s role is vital in transforming plans into action.

With a keen eye for structure and a steady hand on every moving part, he ensures that TEDxThaltej Youth functions smoothly from ideation to execution. His leadership drives the backbone of the event.
